Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
RENTAL RATES: Most rates are quoted for a one day event. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our offices for long term rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 20% is required to make a reservation. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the scheduled rental date. All residential accounts must have an active credit card number on file to place an order. The credit card number will be used to settle the account after delivery of equipment if no other arrangements have been made.
PAYMENT: Payment by credit card is welcome but must be made prior to delivery. The balance of your invoice is due 24 hours before your delivery. Please note our delivery personnel can accept payment in all forms. If you wish to pay by credit card you can do so on our website or over the phone. Besides cash or credit/debit card we also accept electronic payment via Zelle and Venmo, PayPal and Cash App for an additional fee.
DELIVERY: We delivery and pickup for all orders. The delivery/pickup charge is a minimum of $50 in the local area during normal hours. All deliveries are specifically scheduled in advance. Special delivery requests can be arranged, but must be made when placing your order and may result in additional charges. All rates for delivery are based upon ground floor/dock and distance. Additional charges apply for setup, take down, or repackaging. Residential deliveries will be made to yard, garage, or porch. For the safety of our delivery personnel, our drivers do not make deliveries inside residential homes and will not take equipment into customers basements.
ORDER ADDITIONS: Additions can be made at any time provided the items are available.
ORDER REDUCTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Items Other Than Tents Or Tent Sidewalls:
Reductions and cancellations of any amount more than 7 days (1 week) before your event date are allowed with no penalty.
Seven days (1 week) or less before your event date no reductions or cancellations can be made to equipment in this group.
Tents:
Tents may be cancelled up to 21 days (3 weeks) before your event date and your deposit will be returned.
Tents cancelled less than 21 days (3 weeks) before your event date will result in the loss of your deposit.
Tent Sidewalls:
Tent sidewalls may be reduced up to 2 days before your DELIVERY date.
DAMAGE: You, the customer are responsible for all equipment rented from the time of receipt until the time of return. Please be sure that all rented equipment is secured when not in use, and protected from weather. Broken, lost, or damaged items will be charged to the customer at the items replacement cost. Extra charges will apply to all items returned dirty. Linens returned with burn holes or candle wax will be charged the replacement cost of the linen.
COVID PROTOCOLS: All staff will we wear a mask and gloves during delivery, set up and pick up. We request customers to also wear a mask during this time or maintain a minimum of a three to foot distance without a mask.
